FAQs

Is there horse racing on?

There will be no horse racing on the day — the 29th of August (Nashdown) is purely a country and western music event.

What is the age limit?

Nashdown is a family event — anyone of all ages can attend. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

Can food and drink be brought in?

No outside food and drink can be brought into the venue — there are plenty of provisions on site that serve both food and drink.

Do you offer carer tickets?

We offer a free carer ticket if required — please contact Lucie@greatapeevents.co.uk to request your carer ticket.

Is the venue accessible?

The site is fully accessible — the grounds are a mixture of concrete and grass. The stage itself is on grass.

Can we bring in camping chairs?

No camping chairs, golf umbrellas or blankets are allowed to be brought into the venue — collapsible umbrellas can be brought in.

What items are prohibited?
  • Alcohol
  • Glass (including perfume bottles)
  • Flares & selfie sticks
  • Anything that can be used as a weapon
  • Illegal substances
  • Aerosols

Security cannot hold any prohibited items on site — any prohibited item on you must either be returned to a vehicle or left at your own risk.
