What is NashDown
NashDown is the UK’s first true taste of Nashville - and we’re bringing it to life in the heart of Surrey. On Friday 6th June, we’re taking over the entire Sandown Park Racecourse for one epic night of honky-tonk madness. Think three live stages inspired by bars straight from Downtown, over 10 incredible country artists and bands, surprise performances and entertainment, and full-throttle energy from start to finish - all under one massive roof. It’s the first true immersive Nashville experience offered in the UK.
From the moment you walk in, you’ll be transported straight to Broadway with full-size replicas of iconic Nashville bar signs, walls of neon, wild décor, and nonstop Southern energy. Expect top Southern food, bourbon-fuelled neon bars, a mechanical bull and tin can shooting. This isn’t a themed night - it’s a full-blown, neon-soaked, boot-stompin’ experience.
After something more? VIP: Roll in with exclusive parking and fast-track entry, then head straight to your reserved table where the welcome drink is already waiting. Enjoy access to a private bar, complimentary cloakroom, bottle service, and a VIP terrace with unbeatable views of the stage - including a rare glimpse backstage. With private security, a limited-edition hat included, and access to the VIP red carpet and exclusive photo wall, you’re not just attending NashDown - you’re starring in it. When and where is the event taking place?NashDown will be held on Friday the 6th of June 2025 at Sandown Park Racecourse, located on Portsmouth Road, Esher, KT10 9AJ. Doors will open at 17:30.

What time does the music start and end?Our performances will begin at 1800 and continue until 00:00.

Is this event 18+?Yes, this is a strictly 18+ event. A valid photo ID is required for entry with challenge 25 applying, no exceptions will be made to this.

Where can I purchase tickets?Tickets can be purchased online at www.NashDown.co.uk or at the venue on the day of the event (subject to availability). These are the only locations tickets are sold, purchase of tickets from any other form will not be constituted as a valid ticket.

Are refunds available if I can’t attend?All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued upon purchase. If you require assistance please contact us directly.

Do I need to print my ticket?Both printed and digital tickets are accepted. Your order confirmation will include a ticket you can add to your mobile wallet, and a ticket you are able print.

What forms of ID are accepted?A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s licence, passport, etc.) is required for entry. No photocopies or expired IDs can be used. These rules extend to bars where challenge 25 will apply.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue. Food trucks and vendors will be serving a variety of meals, snacks and beverages including alcoholic drinks inside the venue.

Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?Yes, the venue is fully accessible, with designated restrooms and entrances.

Will there be security and medical assistance available?Yes, security personnel and medical staff will be on-site to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience.

What happens if it rains?This event is hosted inside, so no need to worry about the weather!

Is there parking available?Yes, on-site parking is available at a first come first serve basis.

Is there a dress code?While there is not strictly a dress code, certain items of clothing are prohibited these include: hoodies, track pants or sports wear.

What if I dont have a cowboy/girl hat?Do not panic, accessories will be available to purchase at the venue!

What are the entry requirements?Security will be performing searches and IDs will be scanned by the venue. If you do not co-operate, turn up intoxicated or are found with prohibited items you will be refused entry and banned from the venue and future events.

Can I leave the venue during the event?You are welcome to leave the venue at any point during the event. We have designated smoking and vaping locations. Should you leave to an area that is not designated by the venue, or leave and expect to re-enter, entry will be refused.

Can I smoke and vape?There is strictly no vaping or smoking inside the venue. Anyone found doing so will be asked to leave immediately and will not be allowed to re-enter. Smoking areas will be clearly labelled and these are the only areas you can smoke.

Will there be areas to sit during the event?Areas to sit will be limited during the event. Limited availability seating will be offered around the venue at a first come first serve basis.

Will there be any special activities besides music?Yes! Expect line dancing, cowboy/girl hat contests, merchandise, mechanical bull riding and more.
