NashDown Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions:
"Promoter" refers to Aurum Events Ltd, the event organiser.
"Event" refers to NashDown, taking place at Sandown Park Racecourse, Esher, on June 6, 2025.
"Venue" refers to Sandown Park Racecourse, managed by The Jockey Club.
"Attendee" refers to any person attending the Event with a valid ticket.
"Ticket Holder" refers to an individual who has purchased a ticket or received an official ticket from the Promoter.
"Third-Party Ticket" refers to a ticket purchased or obtained from an unauthorised seller or reseller.
"Prohibited Items" refers to items banned from the Event, including but not limited to drugs, weapons, fireworks, outside alcohol, professional cameras, drones, and laser pointers.
2. Age Restriction – Over 18s Only
The Event is strictly 18+. A valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or government-issued ID) must be presented upon entry. The Promoter and Venue reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone without a valid ID.
3. Event Date, Cancellation & Refunds
The Promoter reserves the right to change the Event date due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, artist cancellations, and force majeure events such as natural disasters and government restrictions. No refunds will be issued in the event of date changes, changes to the artist line-up, or changes to the schedule. If the Event is cancelled entirely, Ticket Holders will be notified via the email address provided during purchase. If the Event is cancelled, the NashDown Nashville Giveaway will also be cancelled, and no alternative prize will be offered. Details of the Nashville Giveaway can be found online at Nashdown.co.uk.
All tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Event, changes in the artist lineup, or changes in scheduling.
4. Venue Rules & Entry Conditions
Attendees must comply with all Venue rules and guidelines, including designated smoking and vaping areas. No illegal drugs or substances are permitted, and possession, use, or sale of illicit drugs is strictly prohibited and may result in police involvement. No outside food, drinks, or alcohol are allowed. Only food and drinks purchased at the Venue are permitted. Unauthorised professional cameras or recording equipment are prohibited. No re-entry is permitted unless authorised by the Promoter.
5. Security & Right to Refuse Entry
Security searches will be conducted at the entrance. The Promoter and Venue reserve the right to refuse entry or eject an Attendee for:
Failure to present a valid ID (over 18 only).
Possession of Prohibited Items.
Drunk or disorderly behaviour.
Failure to comply with security searches.
Possession of Third-Party Tickets or resold/transferred tickets.
Failure to comply with Venue or Event staff instructions.
If an Attendee is refused entry or removed from the Event, no refunds will be issued.
6. Prohibited Items & Illegal Substances
The following items are not permitted:
Illegal drugs and controlled substances (zero-tolerance policy).
Weapons of any kind.
Outside alcohol, food, or beverages.
Drones, fireworks, flares, or laser devices.
Professional recording equipment.
Large bags over A4 size.
Attendees found in possession of illegal substances or dangerous items may be subject to immediate removal and police action.
7. Ticketing & Resale Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets must be purchased from an authorised source such as the official website or verified ticketing partners. Third-Party Tickets will be refused entry. Tickets obtained through unofficial resale sites such as Facebook Marketplace will not be valid.
Tickets cannot be re-sold, re-used, refunded (subject to these terms), or have the names or other details changed or amended. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets. If a ticket needs redelivering, contact NashDown at contact@nashdown.co.uk.
8. Right to Remove Attendees from the Event
The Promoter and Venue reserve the right to remove an Attendee from the Event if they:
Are excessively intoxicated or engaging in disorderly behaviour.
Engage in verbal or physical abuse toward staff, security, or other attendees.
Refuse to comply with Venue rules or security instructions.
Are found in possession of Prohibited Items.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas.
No refunds will be issued if an Attendee is removed.
9. Photography, Media & Publicity
By attending, Attendees consent to be filmed, photographed, or recorded for Event promotional purposes. The Promoter retains all rights to use Event footage and images for marketing, social media, and future promotional campaigns. Unauthorised commercial photography or videography is prohibited.
10. Liability & Disclaimer
Attendees enter the Event at their own risk. The Promoter is not liable for:
Injury, loss, or damage sustained at the Event.
Lost or stolen personal belongings.
Actions of third-party vendors, performers, or attendees.
Travel disruptions affecting an Attendee’s ability to attend.
Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation, or hospitality relating to the event are at the Attendee's own risk.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Attendees’ data will be collected and processed by the Aurum Events LTD Privacy Policy found at nashdown.co.uk. Personal data may be used for Event administration, ticketing, security, and marketing if the Attendee has opted in. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
12. Force Majeure
The Promoter is not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or national security threats.
13. Health and Safety
Attendees must comply with all relevant statutes, safety announcements, and Venue regulations whilst attending the Event. If Attendees have any special requirements or concerns about special effects such as sound, pyrotechnics, or lighting, they must provide prior notice when ordering tickets.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and attending NashDown, Attendees agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
